CrewXR's end user license agreement and platform terms are in counsel review. We will publish them here once they are executed, rather than posting a draft with terms that may still change.
What this will cover
- License grants for the CrewXR viewer and hosted platform, including institutional, enterprise, and classroom licensing.
- Ownership of the 3D content, experiences, and session data you create — your content stays yours.
- Acceptable use and conduct rules for shared, multi-user sessions.
- Health and safety requirements for head-mounted and immersive hardware.
- Service availability, support commitments, and termination terms.
Institutional customers typically contract on a negotiated agreement rather than clickwrap terms. If procurement needs paper in front of them to start a review, contact us and we will provide the current documents directly.
